Equality & Diversity

Braddon & Snow pride themselves on being an inclusive and diverse firm and are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all staff and job applicants.

All firms regulated by the SRA are required to biannually collect and publish their workforce diversity data. This is to encourage Equality of opportunity and respect for Diversity within the firm.

All individuals were given the opportunity to provide their diversity data by filling out a questionnaire without any legal or regulatory obligation. 23 employees completed the survey in July 2017 and the results grouped in the following categories are below.

  • Group A - Fee Earners (including the Directors of the firm)
  • Group B - Fee Earner Support Staff (i.e. legal assistants & secretaries who work for one or more fee earners)
  • Other (includes accounts staff and those who preferred not to say)
